Athos Coach combines the power of the Athos system with expert coaching to serve up an unparalleled individualized training experience.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING
A program is delivered to you weekly directly through the Athos Coach app based on your goals, your body, your performance. Through data collected on the app we analyze how your body is uniquely handling the workouts and adjust so youre always building toward a better you.

GUIDED WORKOUTS
In app videos and descriptions help make sure as your learning new programming and your coach expands your workouts the info you need is right at your fingertips.

MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Your coach will review your data from the app to tell you exactly how you are progressing against your goals with weekly progress reports so you know how you are doing.

LIVE VIEW
See your muscle activation in real-time: the Live View shows you which muscles are firing and how hard they’re working during each set to motivate you to push through every set.

HEALTHKIT
Athos Coach uses HealthKit to read user height, weight, gender & date of birth. Users can update these details in their User Profile. This data is not shared with any third parties
